Diane is an actress and independent theater producer who has worked with What If... programs since their inception in 1992.  She serves InterAction Theater, Inc. as Artistic Director, casting and directing actors and working with scene creation.  Kondrat performs regularly at The Phoenix Theatre in Indianapolis (Vagina Monologues, The Goat) and recently assayed the role of Winnie in Beckett's Happy Days.
