Jack Harlow

Mr. Harlow saw What If...'s first programs in 1992 for adults at the Monroe County Jail, and continues to be an enthusiastic supporter of interactive theater.   He facilitated our association with the Indiana Department of Corrections.

Ms. Tharp sponsored the grant to allow Diane Kondrat and Troy Trinkle to teach interactive theatre techniques to high school students.  The resulting group, CARe Teen Theatre, won the Anne Hancook Award for Peer Education in 2000.

Lara Weaver
The Rise! Transitional Housing Program

Ms. Weaver is familiar with both What If... programs and our work with Theatre of the Oppressed games. We have worked with women living at The Rise! and are happy to be beginning a National Endowment for the Arts funded theater program at that facility in September, 2002.
