"The medium of drama helps the audience to see a situation that they can relate to, and feel true emotional involvement in. They can try to deal with it from a realistic perspective that we are not often allowed to have when we are embroiled in the situation. I sense that the men have truly been made aware of the problems in a way that purely factual lecturing cannot achieve. Keep up the great work!" - Randell Boys, Transition Coordinator, Plainfield Correctional Facility |
Company of Actors The company is always looking for dependable, competent actors with malleable schedules. Actors of color are especially encouraged to apply. Transportation to and from jobs is coordinated, but separate driving is sometimes necessary. Much of our work takes place Monday through Friday during the day. Performances are paid; rehearsals often are not. We try to keep rehearsal time to a minimum and currently have eclectically scheduled rehearsals when necessary to prepare for new work and polish existing scenes for upcoming shows. Please call for an appointment, or send resume and head-shot to Executive Director, InterAction Theater, Inc., 913 Massachusetts Ave., Suite I (that's "eye," not "one"), Indianapolis, Indiana 46202. Current core actors with InterAction Theater, Inc. include:
Anna Ardizzone Actors are contracted as available for different jobs, depending on specific client requirements (age, gender).
